BANAUE RICE TERRACES - PHILIPPINES
Rising to an attitude 5000 feet above sea level and encompassing 4000 square
miles, the Banaue Rice Terraces were carved from the harsh terrain of Ifugao
province (Philippines) by the native farmers more than 2000 years ago.
