TIBETAN BUDDHIST SOCIETY - AUSTRALIA
The new Community Meditation Centre and Temple in Melbourne was officially opened on 17th March 2001 by the Venerable Geshe Acharya Thubten Loden.
Situated on 10 acres , the traditional Tibetan temple is surrounded by a beautiful lawn down to the lake,
and extensive rose beds. The temple accommodates 300 people, with a separate function area at the back of
the building having seating room for 200.
